The short version, while Grua is in alpha and beta. By installing Grua or using a license, you agree to it. You must be 18 or older.
Using Grua
It's early
Screens, the API and features may change or go away between versions. We avoid it, but a release may need a reset.
As is
No uptime, support or response-time promises. We read every report and fix what we can, as fast as we can.
Free for now
Grua costs nothing during the alpha and beta. Before anything is charged, you get 30 days' notice by email.
One license, one cluster
Keep it private: anyone who has it installs and updates as you. Don't share, sell or resell it.
Your servers, your call
Their security, your accounts and your backups are yours. Grua backs up databases, not the objects in your buckets.
Not liable for data loss
Grua backs up your databases, but we're not liable for data you lose, or for what losing it costs you.
Play fair
Nothing illegal, no malware or spam, and no attacking or overloading our services or anyone else's.
If we revoke a license
Only for breaking these terms. Your cluster keeps running, without updates or image pulls.
Your data
Your data stays yours
Apps, databases and files live on your servers and in your own bucket. We never receive or read them.
An hourly heartbeat
Your cluster tells us its license, its id and the version it runs. It's how Grua works, so it can't be turned off.
Just your email
To send your license and news about Grua. No names, and we never sell it.
No IP addresses
We don't keep them, in heartbeats or in our servers' logs.
